Refund Policy
We understand that situations can change, and we want to be fair with our refund policy. Here's how it works:
IT Web Development Services
For IT web development projects, a separate project agreement outlining the scope of work, timelines, and costs may be established. This agreement may also specify refund terms.
In general, however, here's our refund policy for web development services:
- **Full Refund:** If you cancel your service before project commencement, you will receive a full refund.
- **Partial Refund:** After project commencement, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a pro-rated deduction for completed work.
Digital Product Sales (including Readymade SaaS Products)
For digital product purchases, such as readymade SaaS products, our refund policy applies as follows:
- **Full Refund:** If you request a refund within 2 days of purchase for a digital product that is not custom-developed, and you haven't downloaded or used the product, you will receive a full refund.
- **No Refund:** Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be offered for downloaded or used products, or custom-developed SaaS products.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hi@uiflow.in with your request and any relevant details, such as your order number, product name, and reason for requesting a refund.
Important Notes
- Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days of receiving your request.
- Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds that we believe are fraudulent or abusive.
